SPIRITED SOIRÉE RESTAURANT

We hope you’ll join us for the 2025 Alys Beach Crafted! Please complete the online form no later than September 1st, 2025 to indicate that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth. Please refer to your participant form regarding access to events.

Please indicate three proposed dishes (two will be confirmed in advance of the event). If possible, specify where a fork, spoon and/or knife will be needed. Alys Beach Crafted will supply each restaurant with 6x6 bamboo bowls for both dishes, napkins and the requested cutlery unless otherwise coordinated with Alys Beach Events.

Please indicate any set-up needs (access to power, bags of ice, wood, etc.) Set-up needs must be coordinated in advance as these needs may determine your placement within the festival footprint. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot make any guarantees.

Housing is offered beginning Thursday, November 13th and all participants must check out Sunday, November 16th. *Please note that housing is shared and only available to those traveling. Shared lodging is available for those who plan to work the event; must be 21 & up, pets are not permitted in housing.
